Cannabis reform

Nick is a Pacific Community Leader, who has a special knack of starting successful community initiatives with a simple idea and very little else. His ability to gather and inspire community volunteers is legendary.

With 25 years experience as a Police Officer in Auckland, he went on to Manage the Pacific Youth strategy for the Ministry of Social Development and spent 4 years as a Pacific Engagement Advisor to Te Wananga O Aotearoa. For his sterling work, Nick has been recognized by Police, Government and Community Organisation with several awards including, Queen Service Medal, made a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Club of Auckland, voted by the North and South Magazine as one of the top 100 Kiwis of Year in 2000 and was one of 6 recipients of the Auckland Mayor’s

Living Legends Award in 2007.

Nick is a gifted Orator and motivational speaker, so when blended with his mediation skills, organisations have benefited and enjoyed his ability to navigate and motivate their leadership and staff through rough waters.

When not busy with Projects, Nick enjoys mentoring young leaders, speaking to youth in schools and is currently the Pacific Director for Family First New Zealand.
